Course Description
<p>We are living through stressful times. Left untreated, chronic stress can lead to mental and physical issues such as depression, anxiety, insomnia and a suppressed immune system. In this interactive workshop we’ll define what stress is, what causes it and how it affects our bodies, minds, emotions and behaviour. </p><p>We’ll share our own stressors and coping strategies as well as looking at new techniques that can help relieve stress and maintain wellbeing.</p>
This course is aimed at:
