<p>Evidence suggests that certain foods can affect your mood. This workshop gets you looking at healthy eating for improved mental health with an emphasis on low mood and anxiety.</p>
This course is aimed at:
<p>Anyone who experiences low mood and is interested in learning about how nutrition maybe able to support their wellbeing.</p>Course structure

Students will:• Identify food and drinks that support and hinder wellbeing
• Recognise how to create balanced meals to support your mood
• Explain the connection between what you eat and how you feel
• Describe three strategies for managing mood with food
