In Person - MUSIC: Peoples Music: New Rhythms
Course Description
New Rhythms Hastings is all about exploring the powerful impact of music-making to support mental health. Soundcastle's team of professional musicians specialises in creating music with people who may have never picked up an instrument before!
In a welcoming and inclusive space, we will experiment with our voices and musical instruments to create brand new music as a group. This is a shared experience where we will work together supportively and as a team to express our creativity.
