Course Description

Self-esteem is how we value and view ourselves.  When we have healthy self-esteem, we tend to feel positive about ourselves and the world around us.  Healthy self-esteem can make us feel happier and more resilient in the face of life's ups and downs. Join us as we move beyond the negative ideas and beliefs that contribute to low self-esteem so we can feel good about ourselves.  We'll learn the difference between self-esteem and confidence as well as the causes and impact of low self-esteem.  We'll explore and practice different tools to build self-esteem and confidence in a kind and welcoming space.
